4 Things to Know Before Calling an Omaha Dumpster Rental Company

Do You Have Space For A Dumpster

When renting a dumpster, make sure you have an easily accessible space to put it.  If you do not have an easily accessible space on your property, you may need to place the dumpster in the street.  If that is the case, you may need permission from the city, or need to get a permit to do this.

One other thing to consider, is to ask the dumpster rental company for assurance that placing a dumpster on your property will not damage a driveway or other area you will need to place it.

Get Your Stuff Ready to Dispose

Although you can sit back and wait for the dumpster to arrive, it may be better to have all the stuff ready to more easily dispose of when the dumpster does arrive. 

Boxes or other bulky items for instance, can be broken down ahead of time, so they will take up less room in the dumpster.

Having your stuff ready before the dumpster arrives will allow you to fill the container as soon as the dumpster is delivered.  This will reduce the amount of time the dumpster will need to be at your property, and minimize the rental fee.
